I would like to thank you and your support team for taking the time to explain to Peggy and I all the information on the digital printer on our recent visit to your show room. Everyone was so helpful and left us with few questions.

With Peggy just being new to the industry it was import for her to hear and see the products you all have to offer at SWF EAST. I was well aware of what you all had and have no hesitation to return since I bought a 4 head embroidery machine in 2000. We started our business in 1989 and had purchased a two head machine from a different company. Lucky for me our business grew and we had to purchase a new machine and we saw SWF at the Tampa ISS show.

We made the purchase and are glad we did. The machine is still running like the first week we got it, so when we looked at expanding again the first place we looked was SWF East. The technical support was just great as well.  Just a phone call away and you are back in business.

So since we were so happy with the product and service we received from SWF EAST we are now looking forward to getting our new garment digital machine.

It is with great pleasure that I write this email about William Garvin. Last April I purchased a 3 year old SWF compact machine from a local boutique.

Since I bought the machine from the store, I have had to teach myself how to use it, as well as how to care for it. When I received the information to attend the SWF Embroidery & Direct-to-Garment Extravaganza here in Louisville, as well as the machine repair class I jumped right on it.While at the repair class I learned that Bill was going to stay in Louisville to install a new machine, so I took the opportunity to explain my situation and asked him if he could come to my house and service my machine. He indicated that if he had time he would.

As it turned out, Bill was able to come to my house on Monday 11-06-06. To my elation, Bill serviced my machine, replaced a couple of broken parts, and was a perfect gentleman. I know this sounds a little over the top, but although I love the machine, my biggest concern was not having a local service person when and if I needed one. I know that I can call the service line and get help, because I have, but now I feel confident that the machine is in "new" working condition, and I can sew with ease.

Bill was such a great help, and I cannot speak more highly of his professionalism, and dedication to his job and his customers. If possible, give Bill a big thanks on my behalf.

Wanted to let you know I am most impressed with phone assistance and response time of your service department in addition to the pre and post sales service from yourself. It's the best service I have come across in the embroidery industry in the past 8 years. It actually startles me to get a real person instead of phone mail or having to wait hours or days later for a reply.

When training CD was not with the SWF/E-1504DF I was frustrated and alarmed thinking that I would be stuck figuring machine out on my own, but that has not been the case, your service department is A+.

I have been able to accomplish heavy-thick coats without incident, I just had to rethink the 90 degree hooping of same. The cap drivers that arrived after the fact were a breeze and work wonderful even with knit beanies.

Sorry if your ears burned a time or two throughout my machine transition, I really appreciate the great service.

First and foremost - I love my SWF, hands down!! The best decision I could have made. I have been corresponding with Barbara and we are in the process of scheduling a day or 2 that we can get together for some training.

I gave her the option of having me come down there. I thought that it might make it a little easier on her if she didn't have to travel and worry about her father. It isn't that far down there and I thought that she might have a little piece of mind knowing that she wasn't far from him if he needed her.

I have started making a list of web sites and references for her. Basically, things that I thought would help her if she were looking for items or a "how to" site. I have a folder of visuals for her.

This is great - it's like being back wearing my old hat, "Human Resources" and doing all of the training that I did before. I am looking forward to helping her.

I will keep you appraised of our training schedule and outcome.

I wanted to take this opportunity to follow-up with an additional testimonial to the great customer service and technical support from SWF. On our previous conversation, I had just purchased the new dual function 4-head machine earlier this year. Dean Armando had provided me with excellent sales support.

The machine is state-of-the-art and has produced great embroidery results for me. My customers are very happy with their embroidered apparel and are impressed with this new technology it has afforded me.

Monday morning, August 8th, I had placed a voicemail message to your service department. SWF technician Anthony Garcia called me promptly and within a short period of time he had corrected my problem and I was operational again. Mr. Garcia was professional and worked with me in a timely, clear, simple, well-informed step-by-step approach. He was easy to work with and resolved my "emergency" machine problem.

I have found, once again, that SWF provides great service with professional and knowledgeable staff and technicians. Their phone contact is always pleasant even under stressful situations.

Although I did not directly speak with Helen (Anna did that) I believe that they have both went above and beyond the call of duty to make my shipment happen so soon. The company that shipped the machine was so professional and all was handled just great!

Dear Mr. Colman,

Just a brief note to praise your service department. After troubleshooting the problem with my SWF 1201C not responding to commands, they requested I send the control box to the Tampa service department.

I sent it UPS on Tuesday morning. By lunchtime Thursday morning, I got a call from the service department to inform me they had not only received the box, but had replaced the CPU board and it was already on its way back to my shop. Talk about SERVICE! I received the box UPS and was up and running Monday morning. I know I chose the best machine with the best tech support in the industry.
