Some software problems can only be solved by a complete removal and reinstallation of the RIP software. It is vital
that all parts of the software be completely removed before reinstallation occurs.

Step 1: Click Start (Windowsbutton in Vista) and navigate to the DTG Rip Pro V04 folder. Then choose Uninstall.

Step 2: Select Yes to remove the software.

Step 3: The installer will remove Rip Pro automatically. When it finishes, click OK to quit the installer.

Step 4: Click the Start button and choose “Printers and Faxes.” Or click on “Control Panel,” then choose “Printers and Faxes.” In Vista choose “Control Panel,” then Printers.”

Steps 5 & 6): Cancel all Pending print jobs in any DTG printer or Powerrip Output Queue. Then delete all DTG printers and all Powerrip Output Queues. Printers will not delete if there are any jobs pending.

Steps 7 & 8: Next we must remove folders associated with the RipPro software. Click, Start, My Computer (Vista choose Windows button, Computer). Then double-click the C: drive (Vista double-click “OS”).

Step 9: Select the “DTGRIPProV04” folder and the “PowerRIPHotFolders” folder. Delete both of these folders.
