My needle bar gets stuck on the wiper blade on every cut. Needle bar goes back up into the right position then comes down, when the wiper comes out,they are stuck together. It is on every needle..I have SWF/B-T1501.

Yes it would be the Jump Solenoid test found in the machine test menu of your control panel. What the jump solenoid does is this but first I must explain the reciprocator a bit so you can better understand the jump motor.
 
Your reciprocator is positioned behind the head. If you look on the right or left side of the head of the embroidery machine you will see a very narrow opening where you can see partially the back of the head. If you look from the left side into that narrow opening you should see on the right hand side of that opening the reciprocator. You will see the two small phillip screws on towards the bottom of it and then above that you will notice that there is a square cutout of the reciprocator at about the half way point of the reciprocator.
 
Yours and everyone elses reciprocator is actually two peices, the top half is spring loaded, actually if you stick your think screw driver and aim it towards the top portion of the reciprocator you will be able to move the top part over towards the right side a bit.
 
What happens when a trim occurrs or if the head is turned off, the jump solenoid fires a small shaft out and contacts the top portion of the reciprocator pushing it to the right hand side so that the needle disengages with the reciprocator and you head can change color. If this jump solenoid goes bad then what will occurr is the needle will come up and down and preform the trim function and then stay half way down since the solenoid did not fire to push it aside to release the needle bar. Most likely the wiper is on its way down to pick up the trimmed thread but gets snagged on the needle bar. Can be frustrating.
 
If you set your machine to the last needle, if your machine is a 6 needle machine set it to needle 6, for 12 needles set it to needle 12, you will be able to see a small cylinder which should be brass colored, this is the jump solenoid. In your machine test function if you go to Jump sol. test and press SET as soon as you hit the start button it should fire the shaft out of the top of the brass solenoid. You should also hear a cliking noise associated with it. If you do not hear the clicking noise or see the shaft fire out of the solenoid then your jump solenoid will need to be replaced. I have videos for replacing it if you find that is what your problem is.
 
If you hear the clicking or see it firing, then it may need to be adjusted a bit so that the shaft of the solenoid can correctly affect the top of the reciprocator, which would require to adjust a nut so that more of the shaft sticks out and in turn affects the reciprocator.
