M&R Sidewinder R Series Screen Printing Press Highlights

M&R’s Sidewinder is the world’s best entry-level manual press, and it’s available at an exceptionally affordable price. Built with M&R’s rugged construction and innovative design, Sidewinder sets a new standard for entry-level manual presses. Sidewinder includes numerous proven design features, including multiple-bearing upper and lower carousel plates, precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system. Sidewinder comes in 4-station/4-color, 4-station/ 6-color, and 6-station/6-color models with 41 x 56 cm (16" x 22") composite pallets.

Stable, durable, and extensively tested under extreme conditions, M&R’s new composite pallets are proven performers in production operations. Since composite pallets are lightweight and run cooler under flash-cure conditions, they’re ideal for M&R manual press operations. M&R’s System Integration design allows Sidewinder to integrate seamlessly with M&R’s Tri-Loc and Double Tri-Loc Registration System and any M&R automatic textile press to create a highly affordable registration/sampling/production system. The maximum recommended frame size—64 x 91 cm (25” x 36”)—supports the majority of textile automatic screen sizes. Optional side clamps (with or without air locks), Triple-Play Pallets™ and M&R’s Accu-Stroke™ Squeegee Guide maximize flexibility, aid setup, and help even novice printers ensure exceptional print quality and consistency.

For screen printers with limited space, M&R offers Short-Arm Sidewinders, with pallet support arms that are 20 cm (8”) shorter than the standard Sidewinder model. The Short-Arm Sidewinder is designed for screen frames smaller than 58 x 75 cm (23” x 31”). The recommended pallet size for short pallet arms is 38 x 41 cm (15” x 16”).
